Their plaques are located in the the Peoria Civic Center. As you browse through our site, you will learn that the Peoria area is rich in talent. 27th Annual GPSHOF Banquet
The 27th Annual Banquet was held March 02, 2008
at the Peoria Civic Center, Peoria, IL.
For the first time in Peoria history, two great native sons and GPSHOF inductees, David Booth and Curley "Boo" Johnson, are teaming up to give something back to the community that has supported them so graciously. A high profile instructional Basketball Academy, targeting boys from 9-17 years of age, will take place during the week of August 4-8, 2008 at Peoria Academy.
