LINDA BRANAN
The longtime Peoria skating coach headed the team that mentored Matt Savoie to a seventh-place finish in the Winter Olympics. Linda began coaching Savoie when he was 9 years old and stayed with him throughout his career. She garnered world-wide attention for coaching Savoie to the Olympics from his hometown public rink in a sport renowned for athletes training away from home.
